"Resolved: The anti-jihad advertisements in New York's subways constitute hate speech."
Great area for a debate.  I think the area of hate speech and criticism / satire of religion is a very strong and pertinent one right now.  I would even go more universal with it.  Why not "Hate speech is free speech"?
