[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] Sunday's Meditation

Hi friends,

This Sunday we will, once again, meet at Yoga District studio at 1910 14th St NW from 7 to 8:30pm to meditate, explore the dharma, and connect with each other. This week, I will be facilitating class!

I will lead us in a 30 minute meditation, and then talk briefly about acceptance, which has been on my mind recently, and then we will share ourselves with each other.
