I like the idea of doing something about hate speech. Given the upcoming U.N. vote on whether or not to ban Blasphemy, and the situation with the Islamic riots, I believe phrasing it through that modern issue will promote a greater interest in the debate.

Also, the Lusitania debate is fantastic, although maybe we could have a richer debate if we focused it on Germany's position in WW1 as a whole?

Great area for a debate.  I think the area of hate speech and criticism / satire of religion is a very strong and pertinent one right now.  I would even go more universal with it.  Why not "Hate speech is free speech"?
