I hope you all are having a safe and blessed weekend!  We have an update for the Agenda of the District III Coffee Circle.  The Chair of the House of Delegation Del. Dereck E. Davis advise me he will be out to talk about Rent Control.  Please Spread the word for all who have question and what to know why Prince George's County don't have it this is your opportunity to ask. Don't forget the Director's from the Department of Housing and Department of Environmental Resources will be at our meeting also. to answer Question about Section 8 Renters, Owner who rent in you neighborhood, abandoned properties and more....   

 Bring all you question, family, friends and neighbors who have question about Renters, Rent control and Home Owners Responsibilities.
