I've had good experiences in the past with Recurly: http://recurly.com/

I've also heard good things about Chargify (http://chargify.com/), though since I haven't used them myself I can't speak directly to what it's like working with them.
Most payment gateways (Authorize.net, etc.) also offer some kind of recurring-payments solution; they tend to be complicated to set up and use, though. The value of services like Recurly/Chargify is that they streamline the process.
