Drupal 7 / PHP Developer  - Washington D.C. – Positions range from 75,000 -110,000

Our client is looking for an experienced, versatile web developer. This position will require you to lead certain projects and be apart of a team for others. This is not an entry level position and requires 3 years of development experience. 

As a web developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development process from initial client engagement and requirements gathering to solution development and final coding. Additionally you will also be required to help support and maintain many of our clients' websites - which include simple content updates, server/software monitoring/upkeep to larger scale content upgrades. Just like playing in the sandbox when you were little, you'll have to play nice with others - especially project managers and designers - to insure all projects are a success. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
Standards-based XHTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, JQuery, XML, AJAX 
Big Pluses: 
Mobile/App Development, Facebook Apps, JSON, CakePHP, MVC, Zend, Django 
Out of the box 'toys' we've used and you'll need to support 
Drupal, CMSMS, WordPress, SquareSpace, ExpressionEngine, Authorize.Net, PayPal, GoogleCheckout, Shopify, 3DCart 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS 
• great communicators: for not only playing nice with the team but in front of clients for understanding business requirements to training CMS admins 
• love for what you do: if you love what you do, it shows in the work. period 
• ad (wo)man: agency experience a big plus 
• innate problem solving: we want people who like thinking of things differently and solving issues at hand 
• walk the walk: we will test you with real projects
