Subject: DC Program Coordinator position open
To: Antoinette Mensah <dresimen@gmail.com>

Greetings,

I hope all is well.  I need a new Program Coordinator for DC.  I need someone who can afford to work for $34,000 plus benefits -- the contract goes through May 31, 2013 however it is my goal that this pilot transition into something beyond May 2013 and with that the annual salary would also increase.  I need someone who is passionate about the scholars and working with them to build their future.  An individual who is comfortable working with scholars and can hold their own as a representative for INROADS in the DC area.  I need someone who  understands that this is not about money. Someone 1-2 years out of college interested in a career in non-profit world would be ideal  who lives in or around the DC area since the Coordinator is the primary contact for the scholars. A former educator who is interested in "teaching" without the daily responsibility of teaching" would also be a possible candidate for this position.  I also need someone with a reliable car.

The position description is attached.  Call me of you have questions.  414-510-7950

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Antoinette
