Qigong includes practices that you can use daily to improve and maintain your health. These practices use understanding our energy pathways to clear and balance our body/mind. Qigong combines breathing with intent, movement, and visualization to improve and maintain health.
The Qigong moving exercises will flow into Relaxation and Meditation using Qigong techniques for going deeper.
These classes are useful for anyone regardless of experience. While most of the active practice is done standing, the relaxation and meditation may be done lying down, seated on the floor, or in a chair. Chairs will be available, but if you would like to be on the floor, you can bring a blanket, mat, and or cushion. Also, bring a sweater or shawl if the weather is cool.
