Qigong practices flow into Deep Relaxation followed by Meditation
It is fine to drop into one class, no registration needed. Each class is an entity unto itself.
Chairs are provided. Most of the exercises are done standing.You can bring a cushion or blanket if you want to be on the floor, which is carpeted, for the Deep Relaxation and sitting Meditation. Also, it is a good idea to bring a sweater or shawl.
