[dcphp-dev] Re: question about php wordpress freelancing

Thank you all for your help, This is all great information.  But I was just offered a position with a wordpress design and development firm, and I had to sign a non-compete clause.  Because of this I will have to put side projects on hold for now.

Thanks again for all of the information, and sorry about starting this thread and not being able to follow through.

Hello,

I am a php/Wordpress developer, and I have always worked for companies.  I have two opportunities to build some websites for two  clients, and I have never done freelance work.   Do I need to set myself up as a company? How do taxes/its work for this?

Thanks,

Aaron
