One of my clients located in the Baltimore, Maryland area is looking for a Sr. Human Resources professional/consultant to work with a newly formed team for approximately 3 months.  The individual would focus on the following:

 

• contingency planning
• leadership recruitment
• leadership development.   

 

This is an on-site assignment.  All experience is welcomed, however, banking, insurance and financial services experience would be helpful.  If you know of anyone that would be interested in this assignment or would like to get additional details, please have them send me their resume.  As a next step, I will have a brief chat with them before I forward their contact information to the client.
