Note: So far, 100% of all graduates who interviewed with Giant Foods received an offer from Giant as of 2/27/13.

FREE Life Skills/Work Readiness Training- at Mission of Love Charities in partnership with Giant Foods - Time Sensitive Message - Please forward or post attached flyer

 
Applications are now being accepted for Mission of Love Charities, Inc.(MOLC) - Life Skills/Work Readiness Program -- Do you know someone who wants to get & keep a job to be self-sufficient?  MOLC is about just that, "Helping People and Changing Lives" by giving individuals basic needs AND tools to change their lives.
 
Who:  Anyone 18+ who wants to change their life  - learn how to get a job & keep it once they have it.

How: Complete a Life Skills Application in person at MOLC warehouse (the person applying for the class should complete their own application) and complete an in person interview. Call or see Maryrose Lyles (301.333.4440 x410) to set up interview.  Applications are available at the front desk.

When: A personal interview is required.  Call or see Maryrose Lyles (301.333.4440 x410) to set up this interview.  Classes begin - 3/18 - 6/5 (18 classes - Mon/Wed only, 10 am - 4pm)  Applications are available at the front desk.

What:
This is how the process works:  Once an application is completed, selected candidates will be invited to interview for the Life Skills & Work Readiness Program.  Those selected during the interview phase will then be invited to participate in the 18 classes.   Job placement is not guaranteed, however, those completing the MOLC Life Skills & Work Readiness Program and endorsed by MOLC can anticipate an opportunity to interview with Giant Foods starting in July or August, 2012.  Note: So far, 100% of graduates endorsed to Giant that have interviewed,  were offered part-time employment with Giant.
