Are you in touch with the original developer? Because that admin area appears to offer some functionality that *could* obviate the need for a coder - maybe. 

Also, if you cannot get the credentials, if you own the domain, you might need coding assistance - someone to contact the host and review the files, I wold be happy to help, but also there are many good coders on this list.
