[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Respectful Confrontation Workshop for Mindfulness Practitioners

Hello sangha! I'm writing to let you know about a training I am participating in that I think would interest many of you. It's a pathway to stand in full personal power in our inner and outer worlds - more details below & here

Also, I'm working on a group rate that could get us a $75+ discount on the weekend workshop if two or more folks come in. I know the teacher and am happy to answer questions anyone might have.

Furthermore, this teacher, Joe Weston, a member of our larger IMCW sangha, is giving a free talk based on his work if anyone wants a "preview" in a couple weeks- flyer attached!

All best,
Em

October 3 – 4, 2015
Saturday, 9 am – 7 pm & Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm $375 (Price includes snacks)

This workshop will shift and reframe your views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence and peaceful interactions with others. The combination of theory, dynamic exercises, martial arts principles and applicable life tools result in a noticeable shift in behavior, deeper insight into yourself, and an ease with tackling challenging situations with integrity and understanding.

Benefits include: Personal freedom and skill with empowered collaborative engagement; more influence at work; deepening of relationships; success in achieving life goals; keen self-expression; inner peace.
