Thank you for the feedback, Ray: I appreciate it and will pass it along.

If you count SQL and MySQL as one, you reduce the requirements list of "know the following" technologies to 13.  Maybe I am missing something, but I would say a year's experience in each would constitute a "junior" level.  JavaScript and AJAX could be consolidated and called jQuery.  A year using Dreamweaver would probably poison the soul, so we can take that out.  Distill it down a little more and you get a requirement for programming skills in PHP (with SQL), Ruby-on-Rails, C#, JQuery and some other stuff.  I'm guessing that WordPress experience could range from "I can set up a blog" to "I'm Aaron Brazell" so we don't really understand what's needed there.  There is XML but not JSON in the list - a curious omission.  DotNetNuke isn't even called that any more (thank goodness).  And if you got your year's experience in PHP six years ago (given a year for junior experience in each technology) you've probably already forgotten a lot of it and you're not up-to-speed on the object-oriented parts.  I don't think even Santa can find someone who can demonstrate proficiency across this range.  http://norvig.com/21-days.html

Maybe a better way to attract an employee would be to describe the work and ask how to solve problems.  As it's described here, anyone who is not a catcher-violinist-linebacker-surgeon would be put off.

I think this message was misdirected. it should have been addressed to
Santa and should have included a pony on the list of requirements.

It's always impressive the laundry list of skills that are expected of

I'd never heard of DotNetNuke, and the very term gives me the
heebie-jeebies. If I do not wish to add it to my skillset, I suppose I'll
    never make junior?
