Earlier today I shared a Jr. PHP Developer opening that called for someone with 2+ years of experience that also contained the phrase: "youthful and energetic". The use of the term "youthful" was not appropriate. This was a poor word choice. The intent was to convey to the reader, without disclosing a salary range, that the job would have a pay band between entry level and mid level. While some companies share salary information in job descriptions, most do not. The description will be revised tomorrow.
