Finding Your Still-point with Moving and Sitting Meditation
An Ahimsa Practices program which draws from several traditions, primarily Taoist and Buddhist, to help us cultivate mindfulness and serenity. Through these practices we can develop the ability to go within and find our quiet center from which we can respond wisely to whatever comes our way. As we cultivate awareness with practice, we learn to live our lives more compassionately toward our selves and others. As we develop equanimity and serenity it effects all those around us and promotes peace in our families, our communities and in our world.
You are invited to drop into a quiet space of calm abiding and awaken to your true nature in harmony with all of Nature.
