Word of warning.  Approach with caution as I received a rather unprofessional callback from this company.

* Caller had a very thick accent, spoke very fast, and was very hard to understand.

* Caller did not seem familiar with the DC area at all.  He sent me job postings in New York and North Carolina despite being over 200 miles from the position I was asking about.  Caller also continued to ask me how far I was from DC, despite me repeatedly telling him which town I lived in.

* Caller requested that I send a resume, even though I had already sent in a copy with my initial reply.

* Caller seemed oblivious to the fact that I was at work, called me 10 minutes later demanding to know why I had not sent him my resume.

* Caller refused to tell me who his client was, nor what address.

Conclusion: Probably not a scam, but a search on the company's reviews on Glassdoor.com shows similar stories of unprofessionalism.
