You folks have provided a ton of help, and many have hit many of my perceived "nails" on their heads.  Much of this came from HR, so it working with them to get things where we need them to be.  I'd like to work on a redraft, and present it to you folks if you don't mind.  Also, to anyone who has expressed interest or provided a resume, I have passed that along to my technical lead.
