We live in a spacious, pretty rowhouse in Columbia Heights, equidistant from the CH and Petworth metros, and right near the 16th st. buses, Mt Pleasant, and Rock Creek Park.

There are four folks total, and the housemates who are staying are two men and a woman (late 20s - early 30s). They're sociable, intellectual, interesting, interested, and enjoy catching up while cooking or hanging out downstairs. We laugh a lot together and occasionally hang out outside the house. We also have independent lives and understand each others' needs for privacy. We'd love to have another woman join us, as we've enjoyed that dynamic. We do also have a cat, who's very frisky.

The house is a very reasonable price (hasn't gone up in a couple of years), especially for such a nice space and location. The available room ($750 plus utilities) is lovely -- lots of space, and six windows (yup), so it gets full light at all times of day.

We'd love to live with someone who's friendly, mature, and conscientious. Our place feels very much like a home, and we're looking for a great person to share it with us.
