[Downtown Dharma Listserve] ❤️ Sunday Sangha @ The Potter's House

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."  - Rumi

Dear Downtown Dharma Sangha,

We will meet on Sunday, March 4, 2018, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at the Potter's House in Adams Morgan. The address is 1658 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009.

If you are able to bring your own cushion, please do. We will also have chairs available. If you would like to help set up, please arrive five to ten minutes early. Also, note that the space is wheelchair accessible.

This week we will begin our two-month journey into the Brahmaviharas also known as the four immeasurables: loving-kindness (metta), compassion (karuna), empathetic/appreciative joy (mudita), and equanimity (upekkha). On Sunday, we will explore loving-kindess/metta through practices that help us cultivate connection, love, and intimacy with ourselves and others.

I look forward to practicing with you.

Peace and blessings,

Linda
