Beloved Sangha,

We're delighted to welcome Kaira Jewel Lingo as our guest teacher for this Sunday's Sunday.  In continuing our exploration of the four Divine Abodes (Brahmaviharas), Karia Jewel will offer the first of two talks on compassion (karuna). Kristin will host next Sunday with part 2 exploring this beautiful practice of the heart.

As usual, we'll from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at the Potter's House in Adams Morgan (1658 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009, wheelchair accessible)If you are able to bring your own cushion, please do. We will also have chairs available. If you're able to help set up, please arrive five to ten minutes early.

Also, Sangha members who want to march together in the  March for our Lives to end gun violence in schools will be gathering at Upper Senate Park beginning at 9:30 am. See the message to this group from David Robinson for more information.

With Loving-Kindness, :)
