I am excited to share with you a wonderful opportunity for teens. Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme) is a non-profit organization that offers mindfulness retreats for teenagers across the country. I myself am
teaching
the upcoming retreat (with La Sarmiento, Mick Neustadt and Dawn Mauricio)
and am really looking forward to it!
iBme offers participants a chance to learn self-awareness, mindful communication, and techniques to calm and focus the mind - the foundations for success in all areas of life. Participants will spend time each day learning mindfulness meditation - a scientifically proven practice that builds emotional resilience, inner strength and well-being.
We are offering a Teen Retreat in Central Virginia (
