My company is looking for web developers for our main office in Tysons and to work on-site with a client of ours in DC. We build web sites and web application all in PHP. The websites are typically built on top of Drupal. For the last year or so the Laravel framework has been used for web applications and we've become quite fond of it. I think it's a great place to work because of the people, opportunity to grow ones skill set, and autonomy but YMMV.
