Dear community, this Sunday we will be meeting as a community with all the members of the Downtown Dharma Teaching team to vision together our next steps as a community. We will be transitioning to a new location in early 2018 and new teacher-coordinators as well. We want to share these new developments with you and also have everyone share their collective ideas and input.
Kristin Barker, supported by Kaira Jewel, will hold the space for a community exploration on how the sangha wants to go forward.
The evening will begin with meditation, followed by a brief conversation between Kristin and Kaira Jewel on the many different ways sanghas can take shape. The better half of the gathering will then be time for all of us to share and reflect together on our future.
We look forward to being together with you tomorrow!
with loving kindness,
Kaira Jewel
