[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Tonight's Sangha!

Dear Friends -

I'm happy to be leading the Dupont Sangha tonight 6:00 - 7:30 pm at the Church of the Holy City, 1611 16th Street NW.

The topic is the "Dharma of Anger". We'll be exploring the emotion of anger and how to best work with it in our practice and in our lives. Hope you can join us!

There will also be a post-sangha gathering in Logan Circle to share lite food and fellowship as well if you'd like to come along.
