Re: [dcphp-dev] Hosting is good until it becomes bad...

If you're comfortable with the full systems-admin role, I highly recommend AWS. I use it for most of my clients, and the billing model is nice for experimentation.

Colleagues: I may need a new hosting company.  Low volume, personal space, with room to experiment from time-to-time.  Something with command line access would be nice.  FTP in and out.  Virtual is OK, do not need anything dedicated.  The host should have a little knowledge of PHP to understand why the error_log matters, for example.

Any recommendations or outfits to avoid?  Thanks, Ray
