We're looking for a senior level PHP developer with Laravel experience to join our team building new and exciting features for our next generation digital engagement platform, Springboard. You'll be the first full-time Laravel developer on staff and will be expected to help get our Drupal PHP developers up to speed on the framework.

Qualifications:
- Experience in design and software development with an MVC framework and Laravel PHP
- Minimum 5 years in PHP development
- The ability to understand, write and modify object-oriented PHP
- Experience in designing clean and maintainable REST APIs
- Willingness to adopt coding style guidelines, e.g. PSR-1 and PSR-2
- Unit and acceptance testing experience
- The ability to learn quickly and continuously
- Ability to teach others
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- A self-starter, passionate about their work with new ideas
- SQL knowledge (MySQL specifically)
- Able to reference and research documentation to solve problems
- An understanding of modern front-end web development techniques
- The ability to work in a remote team environment
- Willingness to learn Drupal
- A sense of humor, strong team building, and collaborative work style
- Drupal development experience
- Git experience
- jQuery
- Redis or other NoSQL database experience
- Experience with high-volume email delivery services such as SendGrid
