Job Title: Platform Developer, I
Writing good software requires a creative mindset. Software production is not a manufacturing process; it is an art. As a Platform Developer, you will be responsible for writing scripts, utilities, and programs to accomplish a variety of tasks: from automating human work to rendering a beautifully designed user interface.
Your responsibility is to focus on feature development in our asset management platform. This is a web-based software-as-a-service product, so it is important that you understand the foundations of the web, how data moves around the Internet, and how you can manipulate it. Our platform transcends the digital space as it integrates with the physical manufacturing processes of the print and publishing world. You will have the opportunity to work with and influence that process, sometimes even integrating directly with machinery.

working with a diverse team of technical experts
producing code that will power marketing and manufacturing processes
reviewing other team members' code
supporting the features that you develop
influencing the architecture of a platform akin to the "Internet of things"

Database design
Object-oriented programming
PHP 5.3+
MySQL
HTML / CSS
Javascript
Git / Git-flow
