[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Looking for interesting, considerate housemates

Hello all, 

I'm looking for three more to join me in a lovely Mt Pleasant rowhouse by January 1, and thought the folks on this listserv are likely to share the values that matter to me. If you're interested, or know folks who may be, please shoot me an email.

What I'm looking for in housemates: Happy to share their home with social folks who respect peoples' fluctuating needs for privacy. Open to engaging discussions and laughter, potentially occasionally going out, but with independent lives and interests. Proactive about maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Willing to live without a TV in common areas and conscientious about eco-friendliness. If you're vegetarian at home, or willing to be, that would be a nice plus.

About the house: A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath rowhouse that the owners just moved out of (fresh paint, modern fixtures and such). Includes a beautiful screened-in south-facing porch and small backyard, central heat and a/c, washer/dryer on site. Bedrooms for rent are two on the second floor and one on the basement level (actually 2 rooms), and prices range from about $825 - 1100. We can have a dog or cat here, and I'd love to live with someone else's pet. Very close to the 16th street bus lines and the Columbia Heights metro. 

I'm a 27-year-old woman working at a mental health nonprofit. In my free time I cook, go running in the park, go to dance performances, see friends, and make redundant comments about the nature of existence, like how the sky is blue, which I still think bears repeating.
