-- Collaborate with our team of designers, project managers and front-end engineers to develop project plans and to set realistic implementation schedules.
-- Establish high-level development strategy on CMS-based builds through architecture, configuration and module selection.
-- Improve and execute methodology & best practices for successful implementation and deployment.
-- Think outside the box to help improve processes, implement new technologies, and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

What you bring to the table:

-- 5+ years PHP experience, ideally within a GNU/Linux, Apache, MySQL environment.
-- 2+ years Drupal experience.
-- Experience leading other developers and working on cross-functional teams.
-- Drupal site building experience using: Features, Context, Panels, Display Suite, Views
-- Experience creating custom Drupal modules.
-- Proficient in SQL, relational databases (MySQL)
-- Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with AJAX and JQuery
-- Familiarity and experience using Git
-- You're a problem solver. You would rather figure out the best solution than be told how to do it.
-- You're organized. You can manage multiple projects with an eye on project specs, quality and schedule.
-- You're fun and easy to work with.

It would be great if you also:

-- Are involved in and contribute to the Drupal community
-- Have experience with some of: Drupal 8, Wordpress, Symfony, Vagrant, CLI, Server Management, Sass, Foundation

What we'll bring to the table:

-- A great small-team environment, with plenty of opportunity to lead and learn.
-- A metro accessible office in downtown Washington, DC, if you're in the neighborhood. We're also open to remote employees / telecommuting.
-- A full-time position with a competitive salary.
-- Budget for training and attending conferences (DrupalCon!).
-- Generous vacation/personal/sick/family leave.
-- We're an Equal Opportunity Employer
-- Additional perks and benefits
