[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Yoga, Deep Relaxation, & Meditation this Sat. 9/28 at All Souls

Please join us for a meditation session at All Souls Church Unitarian
on Sat. Sept. 28 from 10 to noon: Finding Your Still-point with mindful yoga, deep relaxation, and meditation.
Much of the yoga will be done standing. The rest will be done sitting.
Chairs will be provided. If you want to practice on the floor bring a mat and cushion, or a blanket.
Suggested Dana: $20

Feel more mindful, calm, and energized using techniques from ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Naad Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditaion. Slow and open your mind and body using guided meditation, imagery  mantras and other tools and methods.
