[dcphp-dev] [job] - Well funded Washington, DC based healthcare startup seeks PHP developers

My company has been retained by a VC funded healthcare startup to put together an exceptional team of developers. Whether you're a hacker who lives and breathes data, a seasoned developer who enjoys a rare opportunity to architect new systems from scratch, or someone passionate about improving healthcare through smart, modern technology, we would be interested in speaking with you.

We are looking for top-notch generalist developers who are not afraid to move around the stack and help where needed.  This includes front-end, back-end, and database work. Additionally, we'll look for your help in defining in-house processes and best practices (code management, testing, deployment, D&R, etc.). Much of what is being created is brand new, so there¹s a lot of creativity involved in the day to day.  We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative way,  with the assumption that the best solution is probably not known from the get-go.

Must have

• PHP
• HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery
• MySQL
• MVC
• Good sensibilities around UI/UX design

Nice to have

• Yii PHP Framework, JS OO
• Git, Python, Linux, Apache, AWS
• iOS and/or Android
• Basic competency in Photoshop/Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of Linux Server Administration
