Most of us have goals: we want to be liked, or good looking, or successful, or simply be happy. In other words, we want to transform to something different than what we are.
However, we don't often don't step back and wholeheartedly reflect on the goals to which we aspire. This Sunday we'll gather to consider from a Buddhist perspective two questions central to our lives: what is it that I want to transform to?, and, how can I transform myself?
We'll start with a meet-each-other icebreaker, meditate, do a little QiGong, I'll give a short talk, and we'll do break-out groups.
This is a wonderful opportunity to gather in spiritual community and make new friends. Come join!
A reminder if you're joining us in person: please arrive at least 10 minutes early as the line to check in can be long. There are plenty of friends to make while you're waiting for the formal program to begin.
In-person: Sunday, 7:00 to 8:30pm @ Yoga District — 1910 14th Street NW, 3rd Floor, Washington, DCOnline via Zoom: Join here
