[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Dharma Reading Group this Sunday

Hi friends,

I wanted to send a friendly reminder about our next Dharma reading group meeting on Sunday January 12th at 4 pm. The meeting will take place at Danny's house at 3220 17th St NW Apt 201 (Thanks for hosting!).

To continue upon our theme of socially engaged Buddhism, this month's readings are on History, Sociopolitical Movements, and Buddhist Practice.  A Google drive link as well as a pdf are provided.

If you are planning on joining, please RSVP as there are specific instructions for getting to the place. We'll provide some snacks, and feel free to bring something for sharing if you would like.

Our reading group has a WhatsApp group to make coordination and sharing easier. If you'd like to be added, please send me your phone number.
