This Sunday at 6pm we will gather at Potter's House to practice together and then continue in our study of the 5 Hindrances with a deeper dive into the uber-hindrance of undermining doubt.
We'll explore how to work with this particularly confusing hindrance and how we might doubt the doubter and undermine the underminer.

We gather in the community room to the right of the register. The space has chairs available. Bring your favorite bench or cushion if you'd like. If you'd like to help set-up, please arrive ten minutes early. The space is wheelchair accessible.
