[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Class this Sunday: Noble Silence, the Asavas, and the noise in our heads

Dear Sangha and Friends,

Please join me this Sunday for a guided meditation and a short talk about the Buddhist concept of Noble Silence -- or, as I like to think of it, just getting the space inside our heads a little more quiet, and working with the waves of thought that most fill us with noise. There will be time for sharing and discussion as well.

As usual, we'll meet from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in the Community Room in back of  Potter's House in Adams Morgan (1658 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009, wheelchair accessible)If you are able to bring your own cushion, please do. Lots of chairs are available. If you'd like to help set up, please arrive five to ten minutes early.

With love,

Eva
