[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Class this Sunday: The Practice of Compassion (Part 2)

Dear Sangha,

We hope to see you this Sunday evening for our Sangha meeting at Potter's House where I'll be continuing our tour through the four immeasurable qualities of the heart, the "divine abodes" (Brahmaviharas). This Sunday, we'll continue our exploration of the second divine abode, compassion as a practice which can be both challenging, nuanced and of great benefit.

As usual, we'll from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at the Potter's House in Adams Morgan (1658 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009, wheelchair accessible)If you are able to bring your own cushion, please do. We will also have chairs available. If you're able to help set up, please arrive five to ten minutes early.

With Loving-Kindness,

Kristin
