[dcphp-dev] [JOB] Growth Position - Technology Director

I hope this this week is treating you all well. I wanted to share a position my team is currently working on. It's for a hand's off Technical Director.

That said, the title is a bit misleading, the role is for an individual who has a background in development (ideally PHP) and has worked as a lead or team manager. This person will take an active role in the company working with clients, providing technical direction for projects, mentoring and overseeing a small team of in-house project managers and an off-site team of developers. The ideal fit for this role is someone who loves technology and wants to keep abreast of new trends and can lead things from a technical perspective in the future. Ideally this person will grow into a CTO role. Salary for the role is right around $110K so individuals with 5+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

I'd love to discuss this role with anyone who is interested. Feel free to give me a call at (202) 626-0250 or shoot me an email jacob.dechant@rht.com so we can discuss.

Thanks,

Jacob
