[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Housing: Looking for a great housemate

Hello all, 

My lovely group house is looking for a new person to share our home with us, and I thought the folks on this listserv would be a wonderful group to reach out to. We're three women who enjoy each others' company and laugh a lot. We have no gender preference (our exiting housemate -- he's leaving DC -- is a guy), but we do want to live with someone with experience living with others, who wants a sense of community while pursuing their own interests. We're in our late 20's and are looking for someone in their late 20's/30's as well. Our place is right on the border of Mt. Pleasant and Columbia Heights.

We'd like to live with someone who's considerate and mindful about what it means to live well with others.
