I want you to know about an online Sunday Dharma Offering called
WorldWide Insight that is being launched this Sunday, Feb. 1st. Operating on a
dana basis, Worldwide Insight is a Dharma practice group that you can join from anywhere in the world. Each Sunday, respected Insight Meditation teachers offer meditation instruction, teachings, and live Q&A on video. I will be giving the dharma talk on Sunday, March 1st. 2015 Awakening Joy course.
The live class in Berkeley is full. (We've started a waiting list with seating probably available next month.) The online course starts next week with unlimited enrollment.
The course is a great way for people to cultivate well-being through effective daily life practices drawn from Buddhist teachings. It's done as a nourishing experience.
