[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Finding Your Still-point: Qigong, Relaxation, & Meditation this Saturday

You are invited to join us at All Souls Church, 1500 Harvard St. NW, this Saturday for:
Finding Your Still-point:
Qigong, Deep Relaxation,
and Mindfulness Meditation

Slow moving Qigong health exercises followed by deep relaxation flowing into guided meditation to find calmness and clarity led by Peter Mosher, drawing on over 40 years of experience. These practices help you improve health, and become more centered and peaceful. All souls, are welcome.
Saturday, Jan. 25, Feb. 8 & 22, March 8 & 22. 
10 am to noon In the Eaton Room.
Dress in layers, the room can be cool or warm. Bring a cushion or blanket it you want to sit on the floor. Chairs are provided.
No registration necessary. Donation of $20 suggested - $10 is fine ~ please give what you can.  Questions, call Peter at 301-439-4815.
