Finding Your Still-point: Qigong, Deep Relaxation, and Mindfulness Meditation
Slow moving Qigong health exercises followed by deep relaxation flowing into guided meditation to find calmness and clarity led by Peter Mosher, drawing on over 40 years of experience. These practices help you improve health, and become more centered and peaceful. All souls, are welcome.
Saturday, Jan. 11 & 25, Feb. 8 & 22, March 8 & 22. 10 am to noon.
In the Eaton Room at All Souls Church, Unitarian
1500 Harvard St. NW
