There are two online events happening in July that may interest the group and given by PHP-people, even though they're not purely about PHP.
1. On July 16th my company will hold an online summit on DevOps:
It features four speakers talking about controlling AWS with PHP, using Composer to manage dependencies, using Vagrant to automate your dev environment, and best practices for deployment of PHP apps.
Full disclosure: this is a paid event put on by my company. So if you don't like the idea of giving me money, it's probably best to avoid it.
2. On July 26, Cal Evans will hold the sixth of his Day Camps for Developers.
Previous Day Camps have focused on dealing with people, time management, and similar topics. This time they focus on soft-skills you probably use every day: documentation, agile development, source code management, and estimating.
More info & registration at the link above. It is a paid event, though not expensive.
Disclaimer: I make no money from this one, but I do know the organizer and one of the speakers and recommend both highly.
