[dcphp-dev] [JOB] - PHP / Joomla - Washington D.C. - Up to 120K

Good evening,

I wanted to share a new PHP/ Joomla role that I got in D.C. Up to 120K

Smith & Keller is seeking an experienced Joomla/PHP Developer to work with our D.C. client. Candidates must have solid understanding of web development best practices and be able to show examples of complex systems they have worked on. Joomla and Drupal experience are a plus ... or at least the ability and desire to learn and adapt to such systems quickly.
Front end development is also an important aspect to this position. (CSS, HTML5, jQuery, etc.)

The PHP Developer position will consist of everything from complete website development to small maintenance projects, product catalog websites and e-commerce. Plug-in research and customization are a significant part of the job.THE east coast's leading Web Design and Digital Marketing firm for B2B, High-Tech, Healthcare, Energy, Professional Services and Manufacturing.

Desired Skills & Experience for PHP Developer

2 - 5 years WordPress (Joomla and Drupal experience a plus)
2 - 5 years minimum PHP development
2 - 5 years MySQL experience
2 - 5 Experience with front-end web development (CSS, jQuery, HTML5, etc.)
Uncanny ability (and desire) to "dive in" to unfamiliar systems and learn on the fly
Plug-in research and customization

Best,

Matthew Smith | COO
