[dcphp-dev] [Job] Small Web Site Developer and Administrator

Looking to contract a PHP developer or small company to help with running and maintenance of a local, for profit, athletic group's member web site. This is primarily for system administration and back end development work. Front end design is not required but is a plus.

The current administrator is a member of the athletic group and manages everything. He is looking for someone to backfill for maintenance and enhancements, or in case he is not available. Initially your job would entail a monthly retainer of approximately 4 hours per month.

Current system information:
- Hosted by well known hosting provider on linux (currently CentOS 5.9)
- WordPress
- MySQL
- Solr
- Mailman

Desired skills and experience in addition to the above:
- Linux system administration
- Apache
- Git

The primary role would be techinical work, but in addition technical documentation and adhering to deployment processes is required. Neither are complicated but are required for collaboration and reference.

Initially you would report to the current administrator for tasks and responsibilities. Over time as you gain experience and trust, you may become the primary administrator of the site.
