[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] Tonight: Self-Compassion as Nobel Practice

Greetings Dear Sangha,

Compassion for ourselves is difficult for many of us and can seem self-indulgent or just silly. On the contrary, the Dharma reveals self-compassion to be a powerful skill worthy of our serious investment. This evening we'll explore the necessity and, even further, the nobility of self-compassion.

I hope you can join us on Sunday from 7 to 8:30pm for the development of our practice, wisdom, and community.
With love and gratitude,
Kristin
