My current roommates are moving into their own place, so my furnished room is available again. I'm flexible on the length of the lease, 2-8 months. Starting Dec 1st.

$875 per month, including utilities. It's a lovely two bedroom apartment in Edgewood/Brookland, with a large shared backyard. Room is fully furnished, available for 2-8 months. Must love dogs, no additional pets. Large living room (last two photos) has been converted into second bedroom for rent with full size bed, bookshelf, desk and spacious closet. Bedroom has private entrance. About me: 35 year old professional qtpoc writer & massage therapist. Clean, communicative, easy-going. Looking for a mature and queer-friendly roommate for 2-8 month sublet (potential for longer depending on the situation).
