Dear Friends,
We will meet this Sunday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the Community Room of the Potter's House (1658 Columbia Rd, NW) to meditate and further explore the five aggregates. The space is wheelchair accessible.
Our focus will be on the third of the five aggregates, perception or samjna in Pali. This teaching can be thought of as a conceptual map to help us better understand rather than be confused by the activities of the mind which can so often lead to unnecessary suffering.
I look forward to exploring this topic with you on Sunday!
