I'll be leading this evening's gathering of the DuPont Sangha from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Church of the Holy City (1611 16th Street NW.).
Tonight's talk is called "Unbinding the Heart: The Practice of Forgiveness." In this and the discussion that follows we'll be exploring the both the challenges and possibilities in releasing all sorts of past harms. I hope you'll be able to join us.
A reminder that the policies at our host, the Church of the Holy City, have recently changed such that we now need to keep the front door locked during class. If you're coming tonight, please do your best to arrive before 6:00 pm. We'll check for any late comers after the sit, around 6:30.
